David Fenimore, Physics teacher at CASH, was the first precipitant of the mini-grant. The grant was awarded by Bob Knecht, Coatesville Community Education Foundation Board Member and Coatesville School Board Member, at the August 2010 teacher induction at CASH. David Fenimore is skillful and well liked teacher. He has taught introduction to physics and AP Physics for over 15 years. One of his students commented that,
“Physics was hard. Mr. Fenimore made it fun and interesting. I went on to Engineering in college and felt I was well prepared for Physics while others struggled.”
